Short Bio

I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) in the Kastner Research Group. I recently completed my PhD at the Università della Svizzera italiana (USI) under the supervision of Prof. Laura Pozzi.

My research focuses on compilers and optimization techniques for hardware accelerators, with emphasis on Coarse-Grained Reconfigurable Arrays (CGRAs) and FPGAs. I am interested in mapping problems, structural representations of computation, and balancing the trade-offs between compiler scalability and hardware performance. My work leverages formal methods, algorithm design, and architecture-level optimization to make specialized hardware more programmable and efficient.
